Most orders are shipped FedEx Ground from our Niles, OH studio. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii require 2nd Air USPS Service and may have additional limitations due to local restrictions. International orders ship through USPS.
Matted orders will ship four to eight weeks, while framed orders may take up to eight weeks during our busy season.
To help protect the environment, we do not offer product catalogs.
Any damaged shipment must be reported immediately to Alwyn Soden at 330-979-3923. (Claims 30 days after delivery can not be processed.)
Red Roo Art, Inc. will work with you to correct the problem. Also, any problems with shipping be it damage or delivery failure, must be reported immediately in order to put a claim in with the shipping company.

Red Roo Art, Inc. will grant full refunds (excluding shipping and handling) for products returned within 30 days after the purchase date. The product must be unopened and in perfect condition. You (the consumer) are responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
